What Happens in Your Company AFTER the Sale?

The countdown to your launch date has begun and when that day finally arrives, you are excited as a kid on Christmas Eve!
Who would have thought, just a few short years ago, a network originally created for college students would have nearly 850 million users, spawned an entire industry of Social Media ‘Experts’ and is getting ready to go public with an IPO.
It was the fall of 2008 when I ‘finally’ got on Facebook. Three years later and Facebook is an integral part of networking online for Inspired WebWorks as well as many of our clients.
According to CNN Money, in its upcoming IPO, Facebook is looking to raise $5 billion. The company has been profitable since 2009, employs nearly 3,200 people and in 2011, Facebook CEO Zuckerberg raked in a $500,000 base salary.
Happy February! How are your new year’s resolutions coming? Don’t worry if you haven’t kept up with all of them. The year is still early, so you have plenty of time.
An issue for me, and perhaps you, too, is juggling the balancing act of my business and my family. I’m a mom, wife, business owner and wear lots of hats. It can be crazy at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
I also know that as passionate as I am about my business, family comes first.
What Was Your Name Again?
How many times have you attended a networking event, see someone you’ve met before, but just can’t quite place their name?
Yea, it’s happened to me, too, although I’m a lot better than I used to be.
We know it’s important to remember people’s names, (it makes them feel special) yet why… for some, is it so hard?
