How did the business get started?

Brothers (and Wauwatosa natives) Joe & Paul Bartolotta wanted to open an authentic Italian Ristorante in the community where they grew up.

Joe & Paul opened Ristorante Bartolotta 15 years ago on a corner in downtown Wauwatosa. If you aren’t paying close attention, you might accidentally drive by the quaint restaurant, which has minimal signage and low lighting.
